About Us

Founded in 2022, Niharika Foundation is a Lucknow-based nonprofit organization devoted to uplifting underprivileged communities through education, livelihood creation, and women's empowerment. Since its inception, the Foundation has aimed to amplify the government's efforts toward building an equitable society.

Our mission is to offer essential educational support to disadvantaged students—especially girls— and provide women with sustainable livelihood opportunities through skill-building and entrepreneurial initiatives. Our vision is to foster positive, transformative change by empowering individuals economically and educationally, thereby nurturing a more inclusive society.

Inspired by Swami Vivekananda’s words, “They alone live who live for others, the rest are more dead than alive”, our motto “Help, Support, and Assistance” drives every initiative we undertake—from disaster relief and medical aid to empowering women with dignity and opportunity.
